SailPlan™
is a sail crossover chart with an overlay of current wind conditions.
It is an available screen in OS5 RaceCourse and the embedded Vysion
display.
- Shows the current and next leg wind conditions,
including the wind speed range.
- Apparent wind mesh overlay is available.
- When a polar is specified, target
angles are shown.
- The SailPlan is administered by the OS5 driver
including sail selection and editing. Changes promulgate to all
applications.
- Total sail weight aboard is shown. Selecting
which sails to take along shows the weight saving to be expected
