Overview
System Overview (PDF) Provides basic understanding of what an Ockam system does and what it looks like.
Processors
Tryad T1 Processor (HTML) The full-featured system processor. Provides power and signals to all components of the Ockam system. Includes GPS, RS232, NMEA in and out, and Polar interfaces.
Unisyn 001 Processor (PDF) The classic Ockam system processor. Used in systems where the extra features of the T1 processor are not required. Compatible with T1 systems.
Tryad Portable System (HTML) A complete Ockam system in a box. Used to gather data on non-instrumented boats, or for race committees.
Displays
Vysion display processor (HTML) A full color graphical display system, the Vysion can be used as a mast or helm display. This system provides orders of magnitude more information and readability than other displays.
007 Matryx Graphical Display (PDF) 5 inch local black & white graphical display. Built-in buttons select pages of up to 4 items including stripcharts. Can also be controlled remotely via the Lynx or a PC.
044 Magnum Large Format Display (PDF) Mast display with four 1.75" segmented digits. Remote controled via wired buttons or the Lynx or a PC.
Eye wireless PDA (HTML) Part of OckamSoft 4, this handy device provides display and control from the rail.
005 Display (HTML) The original Ockam display with four 1.25" segmented digits. Programmed by snap-in function cards.
Inputs
T2 Multiplex Interface (PDF) Provides analog wind and boatspeed for the Ockam system. Replaces the 015 and 022 interfaces. Also provides one NMEA-0183 input for compass, loadcell or depth.
041 GPS Interface (PDF) Used on 001 systems to provide full GPS support. On the T1, the GPS interface is built in.
028 Depth Interface (HTML) Interfaces a NMEA depth sensor to the Ockam system. This interface would be used if the NMEA ports on the T1 or T2 are already busy with something else.
066 Loadcell Interface (PDF) Interfaces a loadcell system to the Ockam system. This interface would be used if the NMEA ports on the T1 or T2 are already busy with something else.
067 Loadcell Processor (PDF) Interfaces a loadcell sensor to the Ockam system. This interface includes the loadcell amplifier which the 066 requires, saving expense.
069 Displacement Interface (PDF) General purpose interface providing motion readout. May also be used as a rudder or trimtab interface.
Laser gun and interface (HTML) Provides accurate range and bearing to competitors. This information can be translated  into wind coordinates. Used for 2 boat testing and the America's Cup.
Custom Interfaces - the 099DM1 story (PDF) Ockam makes many interfaces designed for custom tasks. This document describes a custom interface that reads and controls a forward rudder.
Output and control
Eye wireless PDA (HTML) Part of OckamSoft 4, this handy device provides display and control from the rail.
058 Lynx Keyfob Controller (HTML) LynxTM is a programmable wireless keyfob controller for the Ockam system. Also provides for wired buttons which then use the Ockam bus instead of heavy dedicated cabling.
051L LANbridge (HTML) Provides the UDP broadcast without the need for an onboard PC. This device enables Ockam data and control over Ethernet.
050 RS232 Interface (HTML) Links a PC to the Ockam system. Data and commands go between software and the system, providing data for the program and full control for the system.
NMEAtap module (HTML) An inexpensive NMEA data replicator that attaches and powers from the Ockam bus. For more on how NMEA is distributed over Ockam, see this PDF.
Other
Accessories (HTML) Describes all those bits and pieces needed to connect the components of an Ockam system.
